We do not provide classic training with blocks of theory and exercises unrelated to your company. Our training focuses on learning practical skills that are applicable immediately after the training.

The training principle is based on the practice of the Western training school and adapted to business. Participants are given a theoretical block of information in advance, and at the course itself participants have the opportunity to apply all the knowledge in their work. The central part of knowledge acquisition takes place through discussion of theoretical knowledge. Most of the time, participants do not listen but speak for themselves.
